Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate with Worldwide Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Banks and Customs brokers to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
Create ACID for imported shipments.
Revise import documentation to ensure compliance with Egyptian Customs regulations.
Follow up daily with freight forwarders on incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foreign Trade, Logistics and Customs regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth import operations.
Maintain accurate records of import transactions and ensure proper archiving for audit and compliance purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of experience in import or logistics operations.
Very good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms and international trade regulations.
Excellent command of English.
Very good Microsoft Office skills.
Strong Communication, follow-up skills with high attention to details.
