Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create ACID and manage operations through the NAFEZA System.
Ensuring timely dispatch through close follow up with suppliers.
Source Competitive Sea and Air rates.
Prepare shipping requests and conditions.
Review and verify all shipping documents.
Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders, brokers, and truckers to ensure smooth shipment flow.
Monitor customs duties, arrange for cargo release, and handle all related clearance procedures.
Track and record vendor invoices accurately and on time.
Prepare regular reports detailing all shipping, customs clearance, and trucking activities./p>
