Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow-up the procedures of receiving the original documents for air and sea freights from Philip Morris Egypt.

Issue form 4 for air freight shipments and send the documents to the custom clearance.

Responsible for all customs clearance process including following up with the governmental authorities.

Responsible for purchasing, receiving and shipping the bandrol stamps.

Responsible for the final settlement for each bandrol stamp shipment separately.

Determined the missing bandrol stamps to pay its taxes and customs fees.

Follow-up the amendments issued to the tax or customs laws that affect directly or indirectly the customs release procedures.

Prepare daily progress reports showing the progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role
  • Highly analytical skills and details oriented
  • Fluent in English
