Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Logistics Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Reporting To: Regional Logistics Manager
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Optimize routes, shipping methods, and logistics processes to improve efficiency
- Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis
- Lead and train logistics staff to enhance productivity and service quality
- Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations
