Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement, shipping, and delivery schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders.

  • Track shipments and resolve delays or customs clearance issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Liaise with project teams to align deliveries with project timelines.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations (preferred).
