Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support logistics and supply chain activities related to oil & gas operations, including material planning, procurement follow-up, and shipment coordination.

  2. Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for equipment, spare parts, and project materials.

  3. Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of materials to site or warehouse.

  4. Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and consumables to avoid operational downtime.

  5. Assist in tracking Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and documentation compliance.

  6. Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) and support customs clearance processes when required.

  7. Update ERP systems with accurate data related to inventory, deliveries, and material movement.

  8. Support material receiving, inspection coordination, and discrepancy reporting.

  9. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and oil & gas industry regulations.

  10. Assist in generating logistics and supply chain performance reports (lead time, stock levels, delivery performance).

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/entry-level experience (preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sector).

  3. Basic understanding of oil & gas supply chain operations, including spare parts management and project logistics.

  4. Knowledge of Incoterms, basic customs procedures, and international shipping concepts is an advantage.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.

  7. Good communication and coordination skills.

  8. Willingness to visit warehouses, sites, or ports if required.

  9. Strong commitment to HSE standards and compliance.
