Role Overview:

As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting supply chain efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain seamless logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, invoices, and customs clearance.

• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.

• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse operations as needed.

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.

• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
