Operations Leadership: Directs receiving, warehousing, distribution, and managing stock levels for both raw materials and finished flour products, in coordination with sales and production counterparts, while improving efficiency and operational excellence.

Inventory Management: Ensures strict control over inventory (FIFO/FEFO methods) to manage product freshness and prevent contamination and conducts regular cycle counts for full physical inventory to ensure minimal variance between inventory records and physical stock.

Logistics & Distribution: Oversees the route planning and ensures appropriate management of product dispatch to customers or third-party warehouses.

Policies and Procedures: Lead the formulation, implementation, and updating of related policies, processes, and procedures.

Team Development: Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises departmental staff.

Contracts Management: Overseeing the outsourced services contracts, including transportation of raw materials and finished goods, forklift operators, ship unloader operators, loading/unloading crews, and third-party warehouses.

Managing Assets: Manages the maintenance and safe operation of forklifts, conveyors, ship unloaders, and storage facilities.

Budgeting, Metrics, & Reporting: Develops and manages the budget for warehouse operations (CAPEX/OPEX), tracking KPIs, monitoring financial performance, and delivering comprehensive regular management reports.

Standardization & Optimization: Lead and promote the standardization of warehousing operational processes across all assets to assure optimal productivity and cost reduction.

Compliance Management: Directing investigations to verify and resolve internal customer complaints related to inventory, availability, and delivery.

Food Safety & Compliance: Enforces sanitation standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO standards to maintain product integrity and safety.

Safety & Security: Maintains high standards of workplace safety and security, and implements programs to reduce damages and injuries.

Any other tasks assigned by the VP Supply Chain Management.
