Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and mitigation plans.
• Monitor operational risks and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

Safety Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs.
• Verify adherence to permit systems (LOTO, confined space, hot work, etc.).

Incident Management

• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and property damage incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports and root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective actions and track closure.

Emergency Response & Preparedness

• Lead emergency response readiness and firefighting activities.
• Ensure availability of emergency equipment and trained personnel.
• Coordinate drills (fire, HAZMAT, evacuation).

Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Coach workforce on hazard identification and safe work practices.
• Promote safety culture across all levels.

Team Supervision

• Supervise loss control / safety team and field personnel.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide guidance and leadership in high-risk situations
