Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Lotus Notes, LotusScript, and HCL Domino.
  • Perform Domino server administration, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Lotus Notes and Domino environments.
  • Support integration of Lotus Notes applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional solutions.
  • Implement security protocols, user access management, and backup/recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user manuals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Lotus Notes development and Domino administration.
  • Proficiency in HCL Domino LotusLotus ScriptLotusScript, and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of software development principles, system architecture, and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with migration or modernization of Lotus Notes applications.
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles or project delivery in international environments.
