Formative Assessment: Use continuous observation and age-appropriate assessments to track developmental milestones and academic progress. Classroom Environment: Maintain a nurturing, highly organized, and visually stimulating "language-rich" classroom that promotes safety and curiosity. Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Ensure the highest standards of child protection and pastoral care, managing the transition and emotional needs of young learners. Parental Partnership: Maintain daily/weekly communication with parents through digital apps or journals to build a strong home-school connection. Collaboration: Participate in year-group planning to ensure curriculum continuity and shared best practices.
