Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate guest profiles, including birthdays, anniversaries, preferences, and contact details. Monitor daily reservation activity and ensure database records are complete and verified. Use guest data to support personalization, auto-tagging, and marketing triggers. Track booking sources and channels for reporting and performance analysis. Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns with the marketing team. Create personalized offers, newsletters, SMS campaigns, and promotional email communications. Support upselling of events and online experiences through marketing channels. Help develop and manage loyalty initiatives to increase repeat visits and guest retention. Research competitor reservation systems, loyalty programs, and guest engagement strategies. Prepare reports and insights on reservations, guest activity, campaign performance, competitor benchmarks, and system usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate with guests, F&B, and marketing teams. Curiosity about guest engagement tools, loyalty programs, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to research and analyze competitor practices. Collaborative mindset with a drive to improve guest engagement strategies. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with knowledge of Arabic being a plus. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines Flexible with working hours as needed Confident using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
