Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
  • Perform oil and filter changes efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
  • Upsell additional services and products, like air filters or wiper blades, based on vehicle needs and customer preferences.
  • Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs, such as tire pressure and fluid levels, and report findings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and customer waiting area.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, providing receipts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualification

  • Completion of Secondary Education

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
