Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement the annual sales strategy of BP Castrol local lubricant effectively in line with OOMCO and BP policies, procedures and processes in order to achieve the sales targets for volume, turnover and gross margin.
Grow the business as per the company s (lube departments) annual target and be lubricant contributor to company s long term strategic plans.
Guide and Monitor distributors and partners performance with accordance to OOMCO framework to gain market share and ensure business growth.
To provide sales report in monthly basis and on request basis, review it with the yearly sales plan, and recommend recovery plan to ensure the company profitability.
To assist in developing and implementing country wise effective marketing activities with alignment of BPME team to enhance brand management.
To conduct market studies, identify and recommend potential business opportunities with accordance to the company strategy, process and procedures to ensure business growth.
To review, identify and maintain continues improvement initiatives within the business functionality to ensure business growth.
Create and maintain customer relation in high-street segment as per company norms to continuously grow the customer base.
To maintain long relationship with current clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommend profit and service improvement in order to ensure the business sustainability.
To Manage and improved debtors collections according to OOMCO finance department policy in order to maintain effective debtors management and ensure on-time payment.
Ensuring on-time delivery of invoices to all of our customers to avoid stoppage of supply to any customer due to late invoice delivery
Ensure that all HSEQ policies, standards and guidelines are implemented and complied with in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
Minimum Bachlor Degree in sales and marketing, or mechanical/chemical/ automobile discipline
Minimum Experience
2 years experience of selling lubricants /automotive products
Skills
Basic knowledge of lubricants
Problem solving skills
Computer Skills Oracle, MS word and excel .
