-Safely transport company staff or clients to designated locations, including meetings, property viewings, and events.

-Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order, conducting regular checks on vehicle condition.

-Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the Office Manager or appropriate personnel.

-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and punctuality at all times.

-Assist with loading and unloading personal items or materials for clients or staff, as needed.

-Maintain an organized logbook of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.

-Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure transportation needs are met, adjusting schedules as required.

-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for staff and clients.

-Safely transport sensitive documents or materials between locations when necessary.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a busy environment.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

-Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and basic vehicle maintenance.
