Job Description

We are looking for a Designer to join our Retail Projects & Store Design team. In this role, you will assist the Senior Designer in delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget. You will play a key part in creating accurate designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
  • Support the Senior Designer in managing project timelines, briefs, and resources.
  • Prepare sketches, renders, and presentations as needed.
  • Review contractors’ workshop drawings for compliance with design intent.
  • Liaise with consultants, landlords, and vendors to incorporate client changes and approvals.
  • Guide junior staff on design processes and technical matters.
  • Conduct value engineering reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, BU requirements, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent technical qualification in retail design/construction).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:Skills: Proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Working on short delivery deadlines.
  • Organized and Proactive.
