Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Provide tailored advisory services throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level client experience.
2. Luxury Property Sales & Listings
- Source and secure exclusive luxury property listings.
- Market high-end properties through strategic and targeted channels.
- Conduct private viewings and curated property presentations.
- Ensure listings meet high presentation and branding standards.
3. Market Expertise & Advisory
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi s luxury real estate market, pricing trends, and new developments.
- Advise clients on investment potential, ROI, and market positioning.
- Develop strong relationships with premium developers and key stakeholders.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company standards.
5. Networking & Business Development
- Expand personal and corporate networks within the luxury segment.
- Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop referral partnerships to increase deal flow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE.
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

- Total sales revenue generated.
- Number of luxury transactions closed.
- Average deal value.
- Percentage of exclusive listings secured.
