Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service to meet their luxury needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that resonate with affluent clientele and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth product knowledge sessions, showcasing exclusive features and craftsmanship to enhance customer understanding.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client preferences, and follow-ups, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design bespoke promotional campaigns targeting elite customers.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and luxury trade shows, enhancing visibility and networking opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in luxury brand management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments, showcasing a proven sales record.
  • Experience in high-value negotiation and closing sales with affluent clients, highlighting persuasive communication skills.
  • Fluency in English/Arabic and a second language (e.g., French, Mandarin) to cater to an international clientele.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling genuine connections with clients and fostering trust.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client preferences, driving informed sales strategies.
  • Personal qualities of resilience and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

A luxury jewellery brand is looking for retail sales executives for their new flagship boutique. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury industry (jewellery, watches, high end luxury brands). Fluency in English is a must as well as being well groomed and with excellent communication skills. Arabic fluency is also strongly encouraged. Candidates must also have a proven track record of sales and superior customer management skills.
