Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Fractal is a luxury diamond jewellery brand creating bespoke, made-to-order pieces for an international clientele. We are looking for a Luxury Sales Advisor to manage client relationships and drive sales remotely through email and WhatsApp. We are offering salary + commission basis.


  • Manage inbound client enquiries via email and WhatsApp with professionalism and warmth.

  • Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients across international markets.

  • Present diamond jewellery options, bespoke recommendations, and pricing with confidence and clarity.

  • Guide clients through the full purchasing journey from initial consultation to completed order.

  • Follow up with warm leads consistently and thoughtfully.

  • Coordinate with our production team on specifications, timelines, and order details.

  • Maintain detailed client records and manage your sales pipeline through our CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

  • This is a consultative role. We are not looking for someone who sells through pressure. We are looking for someone who sells through presence, knowledge, and care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in luxury sales, fine jewellery, watches, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality.

  • Experience working with high ticket sales.

  • Exceptional written and spoken English that is natural, polished, and effortless.

  • Proven ability to close high-value sales through written communication such as email, WhatsApp, or messaging.

  • Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.

  • Fine jewellery or diamond sales experience preferred.
