LVD CNC PRESS BRAKE MACHINE OPERATOR
Role Responsibilities
NO-10
Operate LVD CNC Press Brake machines safely and efficiently.
Set up the machine according to various material and part specifications.
Select appropriate bending tools and dies, and perform required machine calibrations and adjustments. Program and edit CNC bending parameters as needed.
Inspect bent parts to ensure accuracy, dimensional compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience operating LVD CNC press brake bending machines or similar.
Strong proficiency in CNC programming with solid knowledge of bending tools, dies, and forming techniques
Ability to carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
Excellent understanding of technical drawings, fabrication standards, and bending tolerances.
Competency in using precision measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
Good knowledge of sheet-metal materials and production processes.
Strong attention to detail and strict commitment to workplace safety.
