LVD CNC PUNCHING MACHINE OPERATOR
Role Responsibilities
NO-10
Operate LVD CNC Punching Machines efficiently and safely.
Set up the machine according to various sheet-metal specifications.
Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
Load and unload sheet-metal parts before and after processing.
Inspect punched parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience operating LVD CNC punching machines or similar. Strong proficiency in programming, with solid knowledge of punching tools and dies. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Excellent understanding of technical drawings and fabrication standards.
Skilled in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and protractors Knowledge of sheet-metal materials and production processes.
High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
