Roles & Responsibilities

Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. We are seeking analyst to join our newly opened Abu Dhabi office that offers best-in class service across the UAE and the Middle East.

We ll trust you to:

  • Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
  • Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
  • Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companiesbr>

Desired Candidate Profile

You ll need to have:

  • Top tier business or engineering school
  • Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Ability to produce / present technically written materials / client pitches
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Hard skills: excellent technical skills on Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic )
  • Regional or UAE experience is required
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, fluency in Arabic is a plus
