Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks / Responsibilities: for illustrative purposes and not exhaustive:

  • Technology Market Mapping;
  • Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships;
  • Develop a structured pipeline of opportunities;
  • Perform high-level commercial and strategic evaluation of potential targets;
  • Assess scalability, market positioning and growth potential;
  • Contribute to valuation analysis and transaction structuring;
  • Work closely with leadership, financial advisors, legal advisors and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process;
  • Support discussions with potential partners or acquisition targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Requisites: 8 15 years experience M&A advisory, Corporate development or Management Consulting in Corporate Finance; Proven experience in technology sector transactions; Experience in cross-border transactions is highly desirable; Strong M&A and deal structuring capabilities; Financial analysis and valuation skills; Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Saudi national or around KSA (local professional highly desirable)
