Machine Operator - Cable Manufacturing Unit

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to manage and operate machinery used in the cable manufacturing process.

Position Overview:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient cable manufacturing. The operator will work closely with maintenance teams and helpers to maintain production quality and adhere to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines used in cable manufacturing.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and meeting production targets.
• Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Technicians and Machine Helpers for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record production data and report any machine issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in setup, changeover, and basic maintenance of machines as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Secondary school certificate or equivalent.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems in production machines is an advantage.

Skills:

• Physically fit and able to stand or work for long hours.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Team player with good attention to detail.

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Contract Type: Full-time
