Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operating one or more machines, whether integrated or not into a production line, including setting up the equipment.
- Read data for use and/or decision-making in accordance with instruction sheets and act accordingly on controls in his position.
- Adjust the automated machine(s) or line(s) at startup or during operation
- Operate the machine and monitor the smooth progress of manufacturing while respecting the required standards of productivity, safety, hygiene, quality and traceability.
- Ensure its proper functioning according to the procedure, the operating method and especially the instructions that allow the product/service to be produced.
- Visually inspect the product quality and make the necessary corrections.
- In case of an anomaly, troubleshoot it as far as possible, otherwise alert the production manager and suggest improvements.
- Perform level 1 maintenance operations (servicing, lubrication and cleaning).
- Assisting the maintenance team with level 2 maintenance operations throughout the intervention process.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning operations on equipment and work area. Carry out handling work (moving primary packaging and waste to recycling area and processing non-compliant products) - with traceability of quantities discarded.
- During general factory cleaning campaigns, tidying operations, inventories, processing and sorting of materials, CKD components.
- Willingness to join other production units at their request to provide help and support
- Complete and fill in production tracking documents for each product: production rates, quantities, downtime, consumption, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- TS, Licence, DEUA, BAC + 5 Engineering degree or Master's degree in a technical field: industrial electricity, mechanics, electrotechnics, electronics, automation
- Internships and training as an injection molding machine operator
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet the requirements of industrial settings
