- Supervise production assistants and follow

instructions

- Ensure all materials are available before starting production

and inform the production manager of any missing materials

- Maintain records of finished products and deliver them

to the production manager

- Record batch numbers for materials and

finished goods

- Prepare assigned machines before starting production

- Ensure machines are properly cleaned according to

the cleaning schedule and calibrated at the beginning and

end of the production cycle

- Complete and sign the cleaning schedule after inspection

- Test the operation of machines periodically with the

maintenance officer

- Fix minor problems that may occur during work and inform the production manager of any machine

errors/malfunctions - Visually inspect random samples of products during the production period to ensure proper product quality and send a sample to the quality officer for inspection as well - Inform the production manager in case of non- conforming product - Perform appropriate duties as assigned by the production manager in an accurate and timely manner - Submit the weekly production report for input to the warehouse department. The job requires flexibility to work weekends and special occasions - Physical ability to stand and lift products
