Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- At least High school Graduate ; Technical degree is a plus.
- Experience in PET Cup Thermoforming process and attention to details.
- Familiarity with ILLIG RDM /KIEFEL/WM is an added advantage
- Ability to work and communicate with others
- Minimum of 5+ Years experience in Thermoforming machine operation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, startup etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings wherever and whenever required.
- Operate machine according to instructions
- Plan and feed raw materials whenever required
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix any issues that might occur during the shift
- Inspect final product on line for any quality non conformances
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logs and production records.
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
- Comply all safety and health regulations
- Clean machines and maintain cleanliness in work area
