Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least High School Graduate, Technical degree is a plus.
  • Experience in PET Bottle Injection Stretch Blow Moulding process and attention to details.
  • Familiarity with ASB Nissei Machine is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work and communicate with others.
YEARS OF EXPERTISE:
  • 5+ Years experience in Blow moulding.
?JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, startup etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings wherever and whenever required.
  • Operate machine according to instructions
  • Plan and feed raw materials whenever required
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Fix any issues that might occur during the shift
  • Inspect final product on line for any quality non conformances
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
  • Maintain activity logs and production records.
  • Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
  • Comply all safety and health regulations
  • Clean machines and maintain cleanliness in work area.
