Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to support our production team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in our manufacturing processes, ensuring that all products meet our quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with manufacturing equipment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines according to specifications, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor machine performance, identify any issues, and make adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to maintain a secure and high-quality production environment.
  • Record production data, track output, and report any malfunctions or inefficiencies to supervisors.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and collaborate with maintenance staff to perform repairs as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation is a plus.

Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiarity with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.
