• Operating CNC machines to perform various tasks such as cutting, plating, drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Understand the specifications of the task to be accomplished and the desired result by reading the plans, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Translate the instructions into computer commands so that the machines can perform the correct function.
• Prepare and load the raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Prepare a test to verify if the machines produce in accordance with the specifications.
• Configure the machines to perform complete cycles in order to optimize manufacturing.
• Supervise the machines during the execution of tasks and make the necessary adjustments for a better result.
• Inspect and measure the finished products and compare them to the requirements to determine if the process was carried out correctly.
• Check and maintain the machines daily to ensure their operation.

Experienced CNC operator.

Proficient in AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS software

Ability to use CNC machines and tools as well as precision measuring tools

Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

Computer skills with basic knowledge of computer programming and CAD (computer-aided design software) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing software)

Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills

Keen attention to detail and results-oriented approach

Excellent communication skills and accepts teamwork.
