Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various perfume production machines, including aerosol filling machines, 4-nozzle perfume filling machines, capping and sealing equipment, and packaging machinery.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of production lines and maintain consistent output quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Monitor machine performance, detect faults, and resolve issues promptly to avoid production delays.
- Handle filling, crimping, batch coding, labeling, and packaging procedures according to company standards.
- Follow safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Assist the production supervisor with daily tasks, production targets, and machine changeovers when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience operating industrial machines, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, aerosol, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with aerosol machines, perfume filling machines, or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical understanding and ability to identify and fix minor machine issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
