Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The 3D machining operator's mission is to carry out machining operations on aeronautical parts on numerically controlled (CNC) machines, in compliance with the quality, safety and time requirements specific to the aeronautical sector.

Strict adherence to safety rules and quality procedures

Comp tences techniques :

  • Mastery of 3-axis / 5-axis machining centers
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing ranges
  • Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
  • Use of dimensional control tools (calipers, micrometer, measuring column, CMM if possible)
  • Knowledge of CNC programming (ISO/conversational) appreciated
  • Knowledge of quality requirements for aeronautics (EN9100, traceability, manufacturing records)

Required qualities:

  • Rigour and precision (high quality requirements for these parts)
  • Autonomy and a sense of responsibility
  • Analytical skills and responsiveness to deviations
  • Ability to work in a team within a demanding industrial environment
  • Sens de l'am lioration continue (Lean, 5S )

Desired Candidate Profile

Exp rience :

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Experience in the aeronautical sector is a strong asset (quality requirements, traceability, standards)
