Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) engine overhaul workshop specializes in the maintenance of Leap engines. You will be involved in technical operations activities related to shop visits (engine maintenance/overhaul).
Your main tasks will consist of:
- Configure and manage CNC machines to perform various operations, including drilling, grinding and milling.
- Ensure that the CNC machine is operating in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor machines during task execution and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Check the machines daily to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Record all machine operations by completing production and quality reports.
- Providing deadlines to clients.
- Communicate with the methods department about problems occurring during the machining process.
- Ensure that the results of the machining process meet the requirements of the specifications.
- Perform regular checks on CNC machines.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
3 years of experience as a CNC machine operator.
Ability to understand technical documents and engineering plans.
Great attention to detail with a goal-oriented attitude.
Good comprehension and analytical skills.
Good computer skills.
