Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Select the appropriate cutting tools, feed rates, and speeds for each job.
• Ensure that machines are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and make any necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge in Conventional Milling

• Gear hobber shaper

• Drilling and Milling

• Knowledge in Conventional Lathe

Note: we are looking for candidates in the UAE, the interview will have to be face to face.
