Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management and storage:
- Receive raw materials, packaging and finished products.
- Store goods in the designated areas according to current procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety and organization of the warehouse.
- Regularly check storage conditions (temperature, humidity).
- Identify and isolate expired, non-compliant or damaged products.
- Check quantities received and product quality against purchase orders and certificates.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to avoid stockouts.
- Enter all entries and exits into the ERP system/inventory management software.
- Maintain stock records and prepare regular inventories.
- Identify stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
Preparation and distribution:
- Prepare orders for production and shipping
- Correctly label and identify outgoing products
- Load and unload products in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Safety, Quality and Environment:
- Apply HACCP and ISO procedures.
- Follow safety instructions and wear PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
With a background in logistics, inventory management or equivalent, you have 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the food industry.
SKILLS :
- Mastery of storage and inventory management procedures.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software and inventories.
- Compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Rigor, organization and attention to detail.
- Team spirit and effective communication.
- Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities.
