Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset lifespan, reducing operational costs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures and quality defects, identifying and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and quality, such as equipment availability, defect rates, and repair times, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in the development and execution of quality control plans, ensuring products meet established standards and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and quality engineering roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of cables and wire industry
