Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable continuing airworthiness regulations within the organization.
Monitor regulatory developments to anticipate and manage their impact on the company's operations.
Support successful regulatory audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Act as a key advisor to decision-makers on regulatory requirements and during major organizational changes.
Facilitate training and knowledge transfer on quality and regulatory topics.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Moroccan continuing airworthiness regulations
Knowledge of EASA PART 145 / FAA PART 145 / EASA PART IS / UK CAA Part 145, CCAR 145 continuing airworthiness regulations is a plus
Experience in the aerospace industry, experience in an aircraft maintenance workshop is a plus
Quality Management System administration
Good knowledge of project management
Desired Candidate Profile
Obtain and maintain maintenance approvals (FAA, DGAC Morocco, CAAC, ..).
In relation to the SED SA approval team, deploy the EASA Part 145 and UK CAA Part 145 requirements within the maintenance organization
