Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs on Mechanical , electrical, and HVAC systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and workspaces to promote efficiency and safety.
Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately in the maintenance management system for record-keeping.
Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred to demonstrate specialized knowledge.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in varying conditions.
