Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and improve maintenance procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure continuity of operations.
Review technical schematics and execution drawings of equipment as needed.
Ensure all occupational safety procedures are followed, especially those related to industrial equipment and food safety.
Coordinate with production, electrical, and engineering departments to ensure smooth workflow without interruptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in general maintenance in factories, preferably in dairy factories (cheese and butter).
Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in factories.
Proficient in reading technical schematics and execution drawings.
Familiarity with occupational safety standards and emergency procedures in food factories.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Fault analysis and quick decision-making skills to prevent production stoppages.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports.
- Accuracy in task execution and adherence to deadlines.
