Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- General plan, detailed plans.
- Manage maintenance intervention plans
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment
- Diagnosing faults and coordinating troubleshooting actions
- Analyze performance indicators (availability rate, MTBF, MTTR)
- Propose actions for continuous improvement and reliability of the facilities
- Managing interventions by internal teams and subcontractors
- Good knowledge of maintenance methods and tools
- Analytical skills, responsiveness, and organizational skills
Required skills
- Industrial maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive)
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Equipment management and technical shutdowns
- Reading technical plans and diagrams
