Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose faults and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Optimizing the performance and reliability of industrial equipment
- Implement and monitor maintenance plans
- Managing technical interventions and production shutdowns
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the facilities
- Manage spare parts and equipment
- Collaborating with the production, HSE and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
- Write technical reports and maintenance indicators
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to analyze and resolve faults
- Rigour and organizational skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
