Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment and electrical power generators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and provide on-site repairs at client construction sites.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and generators.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to equipment operators and clients.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest equipment technologies and repair techniques.
- Support inventory management by tracking spare parts usage and reporting shortages.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with heavy construction equipment and electrical power generators.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site repairs and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in an on-site arrangement.
