Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key focus: preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines and related equipment (pumps, motors, rotating equipment,

  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze failures and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Oversee the installation of new machinery and ensure proper calibration and functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is essential for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring tools is a plus.
