Roles & Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineer to handle repair and maintenance of the following machinery:


Printing Machines

● Heidelberg SM102 – 4 Colour

● Heidelberg SM74 – 4 Colour

● Komori – 2 Colour

● GTO – 4, 2 & 1 Colour

● Webtech Computer Form Machine


Binding & Packaging Machines

● Lamination Machine

● Spot UV Machine ● Folding Machine

● Automatic Die Cutting Machine

● Cutting Machine

● Folder Gluer

● Bag Making Machine

● Case Making Machine

● Paper Cup & Bucket Forming Machine

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
  • A minimum of 5years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Certifications in maintenance management (such as CMRP or CMRT) that demonstrate commitment to professional development.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Proven experience with PLCs and automation systems, essential for troubleshooting and maintaining modern industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills that enable quick diagnosis and resolution of complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces when necessary.
