Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters, water pumps, submersible pumps, , and solar systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Prepare and follow maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams and provide technical support when needed.
- Handle emergency breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and system reliability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts procurement and technical upgrades.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in inverters ,water well equipment, solar energy systems, and associated control panels.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the water, energy, or industrial sectors. (Fresh Grads Are Welcome)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and control panels.
- Experience with solar energy systems and their integration with water well equipment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing faults in complex machinery and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
