Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
2. Carry out regular maintenance visits (guarantee contract PPM) for the devices as scheduled.
3. Examine incoming warehouses devices.
4. Fix hardware flaws / faults
5. Define software troubleshooting problems
6. Install new devices & train customers on it
7. Suggest and submit maintenance contracts proposals.
8. Seek to renew service contracts
9. Communicate with the engineering departments in hospitals.
10. Keep records of maintenance, repair, and required updates of equipment.
11. Attend trainings to be up to date
12. Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in (Electronics and communications or biomedical major).
Medical devices industry experience is a plus.
Good command of English language
