Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for marine diesel engines, compressors, hydraulic cranes, and other aquaculture-related equipment.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime.

work and coordinate with the maintenance team, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out breakdown maintenance efficiently.

Identify, source, and procure the correct spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports.

Work flexibly, including extended hours when required, to support operational needs.

Inspect and maintain HDPE systems and fabrications used in aquaculture operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance works, industrial mechanical systems or marine is bonus

Strong experience in:

  • Marine diesel engines and equipment
  • Hydraulic systems and cranes
  • Steel Fabrications
  • HDPE fabrication and pipework

Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams and plan maintenance operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Hands-on, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
