Maintenance Engineer - Landscape

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise landscape maintenance activities across assigned sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess health of plants, turf, and irrigation systems.
Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and gardeners to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of irrigation systems, pumps, and other landscape equipment.
Identify plant diseases, pest issues, and propose appropriate treatments.
Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance tools.
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for ongoing maintenance.
Prepare site reports, maintenance logs, and update records regularly.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.

Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field
3 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscaping practices
Ability to read landscape drawings and maintenance schedules
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiar with HSE practices and local municipality standards
