Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for residential villas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and capable of leading a maintenance team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate villa maintenance activities including civil, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and address maintenance issues.
Plan and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians.
Communicate effectively with property management and tenants regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in villa or residential building maintenance.
Arab National or candidate from any Arab country; OR fluency in Arabic (spoken) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, civil, AC – basic level).
Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
Good communication and team management skills.
Willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE.
Able to join immediately or within 1 month (preferred).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Based on experience (discussed during interview).
Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law.
