Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians, cleaners, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all assets and systems
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate effective resolutions
  • Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, cost tracking, and inventory
  • Coordinate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance concerns professionally
  • Supervise renovation, repair, and upgrade projects ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
